The higher package gives the option to go for unlimited credits. However, to reduce the cost, we have designed promotional package for INR 1,999/- with 450 credits. Once the credit is exhausted you can go for add on credits and 100 credits costs INR 100/-
If your existing process permits to use the software to further track the progress of the work, then you can convert lead to project and can manage it through the software.
By default, all packages get credit points for managing leads, tickets and projects. The promotional package is associated with 450 credits which can be used for any of the above purposes. One credit means one day life for a Lead and if the lead takes 10 days it will consume 10 credits.
